The latest decision by the government gives the attribute of releasing the medical report to the family doctor, which is then given by the employee to the employer. Regarding the decision ‘To define the rules, of the types procedures of examining medical tests that will be carried out depending on work, and the way of functioning of medical service at work’, there were changed two points.
Thus, in point 1 previously was said that to ensure the health control at work of the employees, the employee: hires the workers based on the report released from the Medical Commission for Work Capability Assessment. Now it is clarified that to ensure the health control at work of the employees, the employer hires the employees, based on the report released by the family doctor, which is submitted at the moment of starting work.
On the other hand, the letter b of point 1 of the decision changes also, by adding the requests for the work doctor. The latter is an obligation for the companies that have a certain number of employees. On the initial decision was written that to ensure the health control at work of the employees, the employer: b) requires initial health control at the moment of employment, to ensure that the health of the employees is not jeopardized by the exposure from professional risks.
On the changed decision, it is added that the work doctor should equip with a card every employee starting work, and should document on the health card of the employee, all of the visits and examinations that the employee will make in the future, according to V supplement, that is attached to this decision.
