The Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector in Albania, existing and new outsourcing centers, generated hundreds of new jobs during 2018. More jobs are expected given the entrance of major delivery centers such as Fusion and Comdata entered the Albanian market. These and the existing delivery centers include different units such as call centers, finance, and accounting, Human Resources, IT, etc). They run operations for numerous companies located in Europe and beyond.
