The Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector in Albania, existing and new outsourcing centers, generated hundreds of new jobs during 2018. More jobs are expected given the entrance of major delivery centers such as Fusion and Comdata entered the Albanian market. These and the existing delivery centers include different units such as call centers, finance, and accounting, Human Resources, IT, etc). They run operations for numerous companies located in Europe and beyond.

Tirana region has a higher level of welfare hence building have better quality and this is reflected in the rent and sale prices. During the last year, new mix-use projects have started in different areas of the Albanian capital.
The building was constructed during the recent fall under the mixed-use development category. This means consists of an urban style that blends residential, commercial, and other types of institutions in one single building. The office stock is expected to grow in the next few years.
There are many commercial buildings in Tirana, others are still under construction and the most ambitious projects haven’t started yet. The rent or price of office spaces depends on their location and the type of building it is found.
