Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama held a meeting with the Governor of Hong Kong, Leung Chun-Ying, during his three day official visit to China. At the meeting, the Prime Minister stressed that Chinese investors must increase their presence to Albania, through strategic investments.
Rama also highlighted that the two countries should enhance trade exchanges, by mentioning the opportunities Albania offers to foreign investors such as low taxes and the cheap labor costs, the natural resources of the country and its strategic location, ect.
In turn, the Governor of Hong Kong praised the good relations between the two countries and vowed to engage in encouraging investors to develop their projects in Albania, in fields of tourism and trade.
