TIRANA, March 8
Albania is showcasing its tourism potential in the ITB Berlin, one of the world’s largest tourism fairs. The fair that welcomes over 10,000 tourism companies and exhibitors from more than 180 countries, provides a unique opportunity for Albanian tour operators to introduce themselves and inspire travelers to visit Albania. ITB Berlin kicked off in the German capital on Wednesday and it will remain open until March 11. The Albanian delegation consists of several tour operators and representatives from the National Tourism Agency and the Ministry of Tourism and Environment. They will present to the participants and to the German market all the novelties in Albania’s tourism sector.
Albanian authorities have recently launched an initiative that aims at promoting tourism through the network of Albanian bloggers.
At ITB Berlin tour operators and agencies have the opportunity to expand their contacts and do business. On the other hand, visitors have the opportunity to discover the world in a few hours. The goal of this edition of ITB Berlin is to promote peace and prosperity through travel.
