The Ministry of Urban Development has signed an agreement with Montenegro’s Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism to collaborate in the urban development and planning fields. The agreement was signed during the official visit the Albanian Minister of Urban Development Eglantina Gjermeni is holding in Montenegro by the Minister Gjermeni and her counterpart Branimir Gvozdenovic.
The Minister Gjermeni declared during the signing ceremony that the cooperation between the two ministries and the two countries in general will be materialized with the compilation and the implementation of concrete cross border projects. The focus of these projects will be the sustainable and integrated development of cross border areas between Albania and Montenegro.
Gjermeni spoke also about the construction permits, declaring that the entire procedures will be made digitally in order to guarantee an excellent cooperation between the two Ministries. Such initiative will also provide simplified procedures for citizens and investors as well.
