State budget incomes increased during January – May 2015 period by 5% more than January – May of the previous year, declared the Ministry of Finances. Incomes to the state budget reached the amount of ALL 151.9 billion, increasing by ALL 7.3 billion only during the first months of 2015.
The Ministry of Finances report shows that budget incomes increased due to the increase of non-tax incomes and revenues allocated from the social insurances. Incomes from the Tax Administration and the Albanian Customs reached the amount of ALL 98.4 billion, while incomes from VAT were ALL 11.8 billion, increasing by 24% more than the same period of a year before.
Incomes from the excise tax increased as well, reaching the value of ALL 13.9 billion in an annual basis, incomes from the local government increased by 6.1% while incomes from the special funds increased by 13.3%, according to the Ministry of Finances report.
The non-tax incomes were the biggest contributors in the state budget for January – May period by allocating ALL 3.8 billion more than the predictions, according to the report.
