Albanian Minister of Transports Edmond Haxhinasto and Serbian Minister of Internal Affairs Nebojsha Stefanovic signed an agreement that will make possible the mutual recognition of driving licenses between the two countries.
The news was announced by an Albanian Prime Ministry’s press release, which declared that “the signed agreement between Albania and Serbia during the third Summit of heads of China, Central and South Europe countries provides that Serbia and Albania will mutually recognize the driving licenses, issued by competent institutions.”
The signing of the agreement came during the participation of the Albanian delegation headed by Prime Minister Edi Rama in the Belgrade Summit, Serbia. The summit is the third on the row, this year held in the framework of a Chinese investment project for Central and South Europe countries, which includes investments in infrastructure, energy, industry, agriculture, ect.
