TIRANA, July 8
The sixth edition of Berati Multicultural Festival will take place on 18-20 July in the premises of the citadel, Onufri Museum, the Ethnographic Museum, and on the city’s pedestrian’s street. This festival is an annual event based on a concept that mingles different form of artistic expressions.
In addition to the huge cultural heritage and tourism, the festival aims at transforming the historical city in a multicultural stage for the local community and visitors.
The program of events includes music shows from Albanian, Austrian, and Greek bands and folk ensembles, DJs, visual arts, street art, circus, and a lot more.
Festival program
Day 1, July 18th
Press conference at the premises of the Ethnographic Museum at 19:00 – 19:30 hours
Music show by Leyya Band from Austria at the Castle at 20:00 – 21:00 hours
Day 2, July 19th
Workshop Agron Domi at the Ethnographic Museum at 10:00 – 11:00 hours
Female Choir conducted by Suzana Turku at the Castle at 19:30 – 20:30 hours
Movie screening at the Castle at 21:30 – 22:30 hours
Greek folk ensemble performance at the Castle at 21:30 – 22:30 hours
DJs performing at the Castle at 22:30 –23:30 hours
Day 3, July 20th
Classical and pop music night
Street performers at the pedestrians’ street at 10:00 – 12:00 hours
Youth sextet ArtLink to perform at Onufri Museum at 19:00 – 20:00
Performance by Trio Entr acte at the Castle at 20:00 – 20:45
Open air movie screening at the pedestrians’ street from 21:00 –22:30 hours
Piano quintet at 21:00– 22:00 hours.
