A new draft project presented at the parliament foresees the merging of the National Centers of Registration and Legislation into a new institution which will be known as the National Center of Business. This center will provide registration and licensing services for new businesses and other services, as a one stop shop.
The draft law also foresees a reduction of procedures for the registration and the licensing of a new business and many procedures will be completed via online. The new Business Center will also provide new services for businesses, at a reduced cost for new businesses. This merge of the two institutions comes in the framework of the reform for the improvement of business climate in the country.
Only 10% of the revenues allocated from tariffs of registration and licensing (and other services) will go to the state budget and 90% of the revenues will be administered by the National Center of Business for the improvement of its services. The National Centers of Registration and Licensing have offered one stop shop services to businesses as separate institutions for many years.
