The Albanian Investment and Development Agency held a meeting with a delegation from China, in the framework of the enhancement of Albania – China relations in the agriculture sector. The delegation from China is holding an official visit in Albania in order to discuss collaboration opportunities in the agriculture sector, with governmental institutions and private companies.
During the meeting, the two countries’ representatives discussed possible business collaboration opportunities, mainly in the agriculture sector. The representatives of AIDA were of the opinion that Made in Albania products must be in China’s markets.
According to the AIDA’s Director of Investments, Genc Celi, the Chinese delegation showed interest in collaborating for several Made in Albania products such as the olive oil, fresh vegetables and aquaculture products. The B2B meeting was also attended by Albanian business representatives from the agro industry sector.
