A new opportunity has arisen for Albanian companies, state-owned entities, small and medium-sized enterprises and Hungarian subjects that operate in Albania. In the framework of initiatives for encouraging cooperation and economic relations between Albania and Hungary, the latter has launched ‘Country Limit’ project. The Hungarian government offers about Euro 184.6 million in loans for the above-mentioned projects.
According to official sources from the Albanian Investment Development Agency (AIDA), EXIM Bank will provide about 85 percent of the amount. On its part, the subject that will get the loan is going to finance about five percent of the amount. These loans will be scheduled to be repaid for short and long terms from 30 days to two years and from two to ten years.
