The General Directory of Taxation has presented in a press conference the latest report on the taxes collected by this institution for July 2014. The information compiled in this report highlights the record of the big amount of revenues collected, by considering July a historical month for this directory. The total of revenues are more than 16 bl ALL, about 10.8% more if we compare it to the same period of a year before. According to the report, the reimbursed VAT during July of 1.5 bl ALL is the highest historical amount of its reimbursement.
Social insurance contributions collected are 5.9 billion ALL, or about 716 million ALL more than in July 2013, an increase of 13.75% more that of the same period a year before.
VAT collected amount is 2.98 billion ALL, or about 977 million ALL more than anticipated planning for this month. Expressed in percentage, this amount is about 49% more than planned. Similarly, the reimbursement of VAT for the month of July of this year is about 1.5 billion ALL, or about 91.5% more than the reimbursement of the month July 2013.
Profit tax collected during July is 1.43 billion ALL or about 455 million ALL more than in July 2013. This is a higher amount collected, than planned by this institute.
“The realization of the expected revenues in the period January – July 2014, shows an increase of 13.11% compared to January – July 2013 period, with a total amount of 101 billion ALL of revenues collected or about 11.7 billion ALL more”, announced the General Directory of Taxation.
