“God, what a beautiful death! A Traviatta who made the stars shine and cry at the same time, thanks to soprano Ermonela Jaho who witnessed her role passionately”- These were the comments from French media for the excellent presentation of Albanian soprano. Artsandspectacles.com writes that the theater was full of various audiences, from Old Opera connoisseurs to the young ages, which is not very common. After this comment, another one came for Ermonela. “Le Figaro” calls her Traviatta “A charismatic Traviatta”, which makes you suffer as Christ. They say that she can replace the singer Diana Damrau of ” Chorégies d’Orange” that got sick. Jaho seems to be the queen of ” Chorégies d’Orange” this year. A few days before “Traviatta”, Ermonela writes: “Thank you, maestro, for your simplicity and evaluative words at the press conference, they have a great significance for me, especially when they are expressed by a legend like you. It is very common to find a consistent opinion between two different generations. It is not easy to become great, but it takes a lifetime to become human. ”
