Foreign Investors of Albania Association has recently published the conclusions of a survey conducted to show the current business climate in the country, in the framework of “The improvement of the business climate in Albania” program. Business Climate in Albania 2015
On behalf of this, the FIAA held a seminar on November 24th and presented the conclusions of the survey which show that the law implementation and the tax legislation still remain negative factors in the business climate in Albania. During the seminar, FIAA also presented the monitoring of the business climate in the country through the impact of laws and social / economic regulations approved by the Parliament which affected in the business climate during the first 9 months of 2015.
According to the report, expectations are positive regarding the law system mainly related to strategic investments, the law on tourism and tax procedures and the law on public- private partnership. The report says that also the law on price transferring and fines amnesty have affected positively in the improvement of the business climate in Albania.
“The improvement of the business climate in Albania” program is funded by the Slovenian Official Assistance Program and is being implemented by the Slovenian Business Alliance.
