Congress of Lushnje House Museum welcomed a huge number of visitors from Kosovo in the first days of May, the place where the first Albanian government was established in a conference of Albanian political leaders held from January 28 to January 31, 1920 in Lushnje city.
The house museum has been renovated and many historic material evidences have been added to the museum for visitors to see them. Kosovar tourists get always fascinated when visiting such important historical places for the Albanian history, since they have read for the history of these places only in their history books.
In the last two months, this house museum has been visited by more than 1700 Albanian and foreign tourists from Germany, Sweden and Czech Republic.
Known mostly for its blue Riviera, in the last years the country has transformed in a favorite destination for cultural and historic tourism. Foreign tourists are always looking to visit an ancient Illyrian settlement, to see a century old church or mosque, to buy some traditional handmade handicraft and of course, to enjoy the sunny days in the Albanian coastline.
