This is a list of countries whose citizens can enter in the Republic of Albania without a visa and the required documentation they should provide to Albanian authorities in border crossing points

II. Lists of states, which citizens enter without visas due to their visa liberalization with Schengen area

III. Citizens of third countries who:
a) are holding a valid multiple entries Schengen visa, that such visa is previously used in one of the countries of Schengen area, or have a valid stay permission in one of the countries of Schengen area;
b) Are holding a valid multiple entries visa of USA or UK, that such visa is previously used in these respective countries, or have valid stay permission in USA or UK.
*For staying more than 90 days within the period of six months, they need to get visa type “D.
IV. For the period 25 May – 30 September 2014, the short term visa regime has been waived for the citizen of: Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, and United Arab Emirates.
