Tirana Chamber of Commerce and Industry has announced the compilation of a fiscal package which will be presented to Ministry of Finances with the purpose of reviewing the 2015 budget by the Ministry.
This fiscal package will be sent at the Ministry within October and one of the most important requests will be the cut of VAT for businesses in cases when this tax is reimbursed. The head of Tirana Chamber of Commerce and Industry Nikolin Jaka, declared that business representatives will propose changes for all the passed laws on commerce and industry.
“One of the laws we intend to change in partnership with government, is the VAT law and the cut of this tax for businesses that the current law provides the reimbursement of VAT ,” said Jaka.
Another claim of this institution relates to the application of tax on profits which should be no more than 10% for businesses whose annual earnings declared are up to 8 ml ALL, and several fiscal facilities are seen as a necessity regarding the agriculture sector and tourism.
