The European Enterprise Network has announced that several fairs and exhibitions will be held during the second half of this year, which Albanian SMEs can attend and create partnerships with other European companies. Three of the most important events are as follow:
Match 4 Industry Fair (15-16 October 2015 in Kocaeli, Turkey)
This is the fourth edition of Match4Industry fair which is a two day program of business meetings between businesses. The fair is attended by thousands of business representatives among Europe. This year’s edition will be focused on the Information and Communication Technology, Mechanic, Metals, Plastic and Chemical Industries, Energy, Environment and Opportunities for Women Entrepreneurs.
Micro Enterprises Exhibition (26 – 27 October 2015 in Venice, Italy)
This exhibition will be focused in micro and small enterprises which operate in sectors of Agro food industry, mechanic and textile industries. The exhibition will also showcase the most important research centers of these sectors.
Midest Fair (17 – 20 November 2015 Paris, France)
Known as one of the most important platforms for subcontracting companies of the industry sector, the aim of this fair is to offer a joint meeting place for companies and researchers in this field. It is one of the most known international trade fairs and offers countless opportunities for creating partnerships and cooperation between the attendant companies.
During this year’s edition, the fair will be focused in several sectors, such as the Metal and Plastic Industries, Electronic and Electric Mechanic Industry and Industry Services.
What is the European Enterprise Network?
The European Enterprise Network is a wide network of small and medium sized enterprises and 600 organizations whose aim is to connect these SMEs and create a favorable partnership climate by organizing international fairs and exhibitions. The network is founded and funded by the European Union and is the most important organization for supporting SMEs and innovation in the European continent by helping companies to find business partners, the enhancement of cooperation between these SMEs and financial or research institutes, and the development of innovative ideas which contribute in the improvement of products and increase the efficiency. The network is also an informative platform for tenders, contracts or financing projects by the European Union. In Albania, the EEN is coordinated by the Albanian Investment and Development Agency.
