After the launch of the Denmark-German program which will give grants to Albanian farmers in remote villages toย boost the agricultural production, the Albanian Agro Business Council has announced its initiative in assisting farmers in the technical aspect when applying for SARED grants.
This institution announced that a fund of EUR 10.000 will be dedicated to the free technical assistance and consulting services for farmers and agro businesses in applying for this grant. Experts of agriculture will assist in the compilation of projects and applications, in order to help farmers to receive grants from SARED. This project will also dedicate a EUR 35.000 fund for agro processors in remote villages in order to assist them after their applications have been qualified.
SARED Grant Facility is a program financed by the Denmark government and will be implemented by the German governmental program GIZ, which has implemented several projects in Albania, in the agricultural sector. The Albanian Agro Business Council is an institution which assists and offers technical help to farmers in receiving subsidies and grants from governmental or foreign projects.
