TIRANA, January 17
Albania is attending for the first time CMT Stuttgart, the world’s largest public trade fair for leisure and tourism from January 14 to 22. F, as a partner country. Following a year of preparation from the signing of a cooperation agreement, Albania is participating with the largest pavilion in the fair along with 2,000 exhibitors from 100 countries. Minister of Economic Development, Tourism, Trade and Entrepreneurship Milva Ekonomi attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. She invited all the participants to visit Albania as soon as possible as it is a destination that shouldn’t be missed.
The presentation of the country’s tourism potential consisted of tourism offers both in English and German languages, music and dance performances from different regions of Albania and a culinary exhibition.
Moreover, German politician Rezzo Schlauch, one of the main contributors for the participation of Albania as a partner country, also invited the participants to discover the country that is located only a two-hour flight away from Stuttgart. Given the status of partner country, Albania got the attention of German and international media, especially during a press conference.
