On November 7th, 18 Albanian and Kosovar artists will showcase a joint exhibition titled “This is not a Palm Tree” in Neurotitan Gallery, Berlin. The exhibition is a collection of Albanian and Kosovar artists’ contemporary artistic works which will be showcased through artistic confessions and will be followed by discussions on the themes of the exhibition.
The mayor themes that will be showcased through artistic works will be focused in the concepts of identity, transition and the collective memory of Albania and Kosovo. Such program is being implemented for the first time and is headed by the exhibition curator, Annika Hirsekorn.
The participant artists that will showcase their artworks in the “This is not a Palm Tree” exhibition are Alban Muja, Artan Hajrullahu, Atdhe Mulla, Dren Maliqi, Driant Zeneli, Endri Dani, Enkelejd Zonja, “Haveit” group, Ilir Kaso, Jakup Ferri, Jeton Muja, Koja, Ledia Kostandini, Majlinda Hoxha, Olson Lamaj, Remijon Pronja and Silva Agostini.
