In the framework of a close collaboration in the tourism sector, Albania and Italy will compile joint touristic packages. The news announced on December 9 after the signing of a cooperation agreement between the Italian Minister of Culture, Dario Franceschini and his Albanin counterpart, Elgantina Gjermeni, in Rome capital.
The agreement aims to create new ways of attracting tourists from China and other Asian countries.
The Italian Minister of Culture declared: βThe settlement will serve as an agenda and a working schedule that defines the concrete steps the two countries must follow to intensify the two pair relations. This will also create new opportunities for the promotion of touristic packages and joint projects, particularly with the aim to increase the number of tourists from Asian countries.β
Through this agreement, the two countries will share experiences in the tourism field, will develop new touristic products and better tourism models. The most important aspect of this agreement is the potential increase of Italian investments in Albania and their capability to bring their experience to Albania, which is a very beneficiary part.
