Albania and Croatia held on Wednesday the Fourth Joint Session for Economic Cooperation with focus the economic cooperation, in Tirana capital. The Session was organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Directorate of the Economic Diplomacy and the Ministry of Economic Development, Trade, Entrepreneurship and Tourism.
According to the official press release by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the heads of the two delegations held discussions related to the statistics and figures of the macroeconomic indicators, the flow of foreign investments and the undertaken measures by the respective governments for a stable economic growth.
Other themes discussed at the session were related to the bilateral cooperation between Albania and Croatia, underlining the importance of the cooperation and partnership that countries have established since. Albania and Croatia will participate in various regional projects as the Process of Berlin, initiated by the Canceller Angela Merkel, the Regional Cooperation Council, the Adriatic-Ionian Initiative and the Central Europe Initiative.
The pairs agreed in expanding further the economic and trade relations, in boosting and promoting respectively the direct investments in both countries and in a better knowledge of each country market. As declared in the Ministry’s press release, the Fifth Session of the Joint Session for Economic Cooperation in Zagreb (Croatia) in a near date.
