The head of Tirana Chamber of Commerce, Nikolin Jaka declared the support Tirana Chamber of Commerce will show for the reform against informality, due to be taken starting from September 1st of this year. Jaka declared in a press conference that “Informality and fiscal evasion harm country’s economy and produce corruption. I invite the media to become a supporter of this reform and to denounce every informality phenomenon and tax fraud cases.”
According to him, the informality and tax fraud can destroy a market of free competition. He added that “we should not allow any type of misunderstanding of this campaign as a war against corruption and fiscal evasion.” Jaka added that Tirana Chamber of Commerce praises and supports every legal reform which contributes and leads to the economic formalization. This is a welcomed initiative by fair enterprises because every abuse with a state of informality is a huge damage for the economy.
The head of TCHC concluded his press declaration by saying that in a short time the institution will propose suggestions to the government for the new fiscal package of 2016.
