Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has arrived in Tirana capital in the framework of an official visit to Albania, welcomed by the President of the Republic of Albania, Bujar Nishani at the Presidency headquarters.
The two Presidents held a meeting with closed doors, a meeting that will be followed by the official meeting of the two countries’ delegations. After the meeting, the two presidents signed an agreement that aims to strengthen and enhance the cooperation between Albania and Turkey.
This was declared in the joint press conference of Erdogan and Nishani which also announced their participation in the beginning of works’ ceremony of Namazgja Mosque in the center of Tirana at 15:00pm.
In his visit to Tirana, Erdogan is accompanied by many Turkish investors which will participate in the Albania – Turkey Business Forum. During his stay in Albania, Erdogan will attend meetings with the Prime Minister Edi Rama and the Speaker of Parliament, Ilir Meta.
