During a visit at Saranda and Ksamil beaches, Minister for Urban Development and Tourism, Eglantina Gjermeni, stated that tourists that come to these beaches will enjoy all the necessary services according to public beaches. Also, she declared that the completion of the construction of Saranda port within June, will be a key point for a more comfortable and affordable movement of tourists.
During her stay, she made an inspection of these touristic areas which are well known among the most important touristic beaches of the Albanian Riviera.
She added that vacations of local and foreign tourists must be peaceful and of good quality and for that she required a cooperation between local units of this county.
Minister Gjermeni was accompanied by Tirana Municipality representatives. During this inspection she held some meetings with the representative of the Swedish Embassy in Tirana, Mr.Patrick Svensson, and with Swedish tourists who had chosen Saranda for their holiday season.
Saranda and Ksamil beaches are listed on the top of the “must visit” places in Albania, due to the natural and unspoiled beauty they offer for tourists.
