Pursuant to new law on the usage of land, the Council of Ministers has issues new rules on procedures for the use of agricultural lands in cases the land is used for other purposes than agriculture. According to the new law, these lands will be issued for usage only provisionally and it will not be allowed the damage of their agricultural capabilities.
One or the amendments in the “On creation and functioning of management structures and land protection” law provides that “in agricultural lands, in all categories of prolificacy, the approval of transfer of land for the construction of facilities for production, storage and processing of agricultural and livestock products requires the approval of the Council of Ministers”.
Meanwhile some changes in the law “On the protection of agricultural land”, prohibit the construction activities on agricultural lands, except in some cases provided by law. “The agricultural lands are permitted only temporary constructions, which are not related steadily and permanently with the land, which are necessary for the exercise of the agricultural and livestock”.
