SEECEL – South East European Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning has announced the start of its second edition of Training Needs Analysis, which consists in supporting enterprises, as a mean to increase the competition and the stability of regional economies, according to the Albanian Agency of the Development of Investments.
The main field in which this training will focus is the training and educational system, that plays an important role in the strengthen of human capital competences.
AIDA has been choosen as the pilot institution for this project, which will last three months and is funded by the European Union. As for the methodology to be used in this training, there will be circa 300 questionaires, 19 pages each of them, and the application will be in the online form. The questionnaires will be filled by eight countries of Balkan: Albania, Bosnja-Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Turkey.
