Minister of Urban Development and Tourism Eglantina Gjermeni declared during the analysis of the first 300 days of government by SP party that there are some specific issues which need to be solved in the next 300 days.
A very important challenge according to Minister Gjermeni, is the strengthen of control over territory, the realization and finalization of the legalization process and the urbanization of informal areas in country.
The head of ALUIZNI (Agency of Legalizations, Urbanization and the Integration of Informal Areas/Constructions) Artan Lame, declared that there are about 45 thousand files which should be revised from the beginning.
He added that emigrants should send their claims for the legalization of their buildings during this summerin order to finalize the process before the deadline.
As for the illegal constructions in the informal areas, Lame announced that the number of these constructions has decreased significantly. It is expected that during the next 300 days, the legalization issues will be totally solved.
