TIRANA, February 20
The German government will soon send agricultural machinery and farm technology to Albanian farmers, and it will also provide financial support for projects in the viniculture sector. This was confirmed by Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development, and Water Administration Edmond Panariti, during a visit he held in Germany. He met with the state secretary in the Ministry of Rural Affairs and Consumer Protection of Baden-Wurttemberg, Friedlinde Gur-Hirsch and the member of the German Bundestag Kordula Kovac. They discussed ways for increasing cooperation and support for the Albanian agricultural sector by the German government.
Moreover, Panariti was invited by the Women CDU Union of Baden Wurtenberg land. They discussed the increased participation of women in agricultural enterprises and cooperation between Albanian and German organizations.
Previously, the German government guaranteed support for the creation of the Wine Routes in Albania, which will help to promote Albanian wineries and wine tourism.
