The National Authority of Food and the Turkish Agency for Cooperation and Coordination are organizing a three day workshop with the aim to exchange experiences on the implementation of ISO22000 (HACCP) international standards for food products.
The workshop is being attended by Albanian and Turkish experts in the food industry, representatives from the Department of Hygiene and from institutions that are responsible for controls for food safety and quality. Participants in the workshop are also producers of food products, mainly producers of meat and dairy products.
The three day workshop includes trainings and seminars which are being held in the framework of the new program “In support of Life and Food Safety in East Europe and Balkan countries”. In this framework, the two institutions are making efforts in jointly strengthening the cooperation of mutual interest and in ensuring more safety in the food industry.
