The establishment of the National Business Center due to the merge of the National Registration Center and the National Licensing Center will reduce further bureaucracies and provide more facilities to small businesses. This was stated at the meeting of the parliamentary Commission for Producing Activities, Trade and Environment during the discussions held on the “For the National Business Center” draft law.
The merge of the two centers comes in the framework of the government’s attempt to improve the business climate and its indicators by reducing the bureaucracies and the costs of doing business, especially for small businesses. Experts from the Ministry of Finances say that the establishment of the National Business Center will provide a further simplification and reduction of current procedures applied in registering and licensing new businesses.
The One Stop Shop center will provide a unified system for registering and licensing a new business in less than 3 working days. The draft law foresees the Center will add more online services for new businesses in order to reduce time and costs of procedures new businesses have to go through.
